Join Paige of Mama’s Wellness and Elise Hanks of Terra Luna for an afternoon of healing. We'll begin with Elise by learning the basics of herbal tea blending. Create a personal tea blend focused on relaxation and everyday anxiety reduction, while taking home the knowledge to begin your very own at-home apothecary. Afterwards flow into a physical release with a 45 minute restorative practice with Paige.
